Tried to book an appointment for my 3 year old daughter as she has had a cough for about 3 weeks now but was refused by the receptionist who tried to push us on to 111 or the walk in centre. This is where GPs and their receptionist get bad names for avoiding seeing patients. ****Update 1/7/25**** My wife called to see the doctor today as she hasn't been very well, the receptionist told her that she can't see a doctor as she is not an emergency and she needs to go to a pharmacist. A bit crowded compared to some other gp I have visited, I assumed they have more communities and services to offer which is good as they were able to maintain some level of cleanliness. The blood test actually takes the 5mins as stipulated. No much of pleasantries, just straight to business as it is a busy section.
