Had a new bathroom fitted a year ago no problems whatsoever brilliant job, so happy. Even came out to check the sealant round shower with no argument. Would definitely recommend.
We had 2 bathrooms done 4 years ago am still waiting now for them to finish it off !! They want your money but don't want to finish the job off ! Be cautious when using them or at least don't pay until ur 100% satisfied we were promised these issues would be rectified and they sti haven't been
Have had 2 bathrooms now installed by Bilston Bathrooms. First one a few years ago excellent , unfortunately second one not so good. Lee and Tiler excellent,but another workman left lots of leaks which took weeks to sort. I would have appreciated the word sorry been said to us by the owner as these problems were caused by her employee. Lee sorted these problems out for us. Certainly not as professional as the first bathroom instalment.
Terrible communication with promises never kept. The order was wrong with multiple telephone calls and trips to the shop
