Danielle delivered a beautiful design for our bathroom. She is very talented, a pleasure to work with and the outmost professional. She continue to support us through the whole process especially, during the permit period and choosing hardware and accessories for our master bathroom. We love the final result!
The owner is ignorant. Extremely ignorant. There was an altercation outside and she called my sister dirty and said she had knockoff shoes. I don’t think the daughter of two working class parents with a family of 6 should be called dirty for taking a stroll with her friend. My sister is 14 and was confronted as she was walking down the street less than a block away from school. I have nothing but praise for the way this business is run. Every person I dealt with was kind, knowledgable and professional. Our kitchen designer, Danielle, was such a doll, easy to work with, very responsive, had good ideas, and we are so happy with the way our kitchen turned out. Any time something has had to be adjusted, they gladly come by. I have never worked with a company that so completely stands behind their product and cares so much about customer satisfaction.
Yes, Bilotta cabinets cost more. The quality is worth it. So is the design experience of the staff. David Arnoff provided an exquisite design and went above and beyond to talk about quality, from his thoughts on refrigerators to the reliability and beauty of faucets. We couldn't be happier with Bilotta and thrilled they are in our town of Mt. Kisco.
