In my experience, Ms. Bilofsky did not listen at all. I came to her with a marital issue but after I explained what was going on with my husband, she analyzed me and said I lacked socialization. Once, when she asked me how I felt and I said that I felt angry, she told me that was not an appropriate emotion for a young lady. She also told me there was something wrong with my Gestalt.
