Archie is a patient of Dr Stephanie James. We travel from NY to see her. She's recently came to Bilmar and we couldn't be happier. The facility is beautiful and everybody is wonderful there We would follow Dr. Steph anywhere she goes, but we're happy that she's at Bilmar. She's an asset anywhere she is. She's an amazing doctor We've been seeing her since January 2023.
this is a truly special practice...from the moment you walk through the doors, friendly staff, comfortable environment, and WONDERFUL, caring Vet, Dr. Newman is very unique! She is professional, intuitive, and we are so lucky to have found her for our fur babies!
I called this facility because my dog had eaten chicken bones. Because I wasn't a client and visiting from South Carolina they told me that they would give me no help or information over the phone. I think that this facility is absolutely atrocious for treating a concerned pet owner in that manner. I would give them zero Stars if that was an option!!!!
