We met Joy and hired her to decorate our living room. She came to our home once. She required a $2300 furniture deposit of which $500 was a non refundable fee. She would not take a credit card. We quickly didn't like her one idea that was slow coming. We requested our money back. She refunded $1375 and kept $925 not the $500 as agreed. We highly encourage you not to use her. She missed appointments and kept money she was not entitled to. Bad experience start to finish.
