I haven't a Bilmar Home but I think they are all very nice. About the neighborhood on Avenue L.......the vacant area on the south end is really a mess. I see it every day when I leave 7th Street. Why not clean it up, install a privacy fence to hide the old neighbors, and make a small park for the residents of that neighborhood?
As I sit outside the title company getting ready to close on my Bilmar home, I just had to comment on how wonderful they have been. Almost 4 months ago they gave me a tentative completion date of May the 9th, and here I am ready to close. Mike has held our hands, he and Bill have delivered everything they said they would and thought of all the things we never would have thought of.
