Failing to provide necessary services that was paid for a family's who's house blew up seems rather terrible workmanship
Bilmar took over from a bad contractor and my home was in disarray. Nothing was completely done including the demo portion. They had to come in pick up the pieces figure out was still needed to be done and make repairs from the previous contract's work. Bilmar Home Improvement, Inc is professional, straight forward, no sales pressure, very easy to work with, trustworthy, keeps you informed every step of the way and will make suggestions for improvement.
