I dropped my truck off with Billy for a new transmission. He dealt with my extended warranty company and had everything done within a week of me dropping the truck off. He had excellent communication during the whole process. He has rebuilt 3 transmissions for me and will continue to use him in the future.
Very trustworthy and honest! Was new to town and needed a mechanic to repair my transmission. He went above and beyond. Found that a previous mechanic did not repair my transmission, but allowed all fluid to drain. Billy’s only charged to refill the fluid and no more.
