sold used tire but was told it was NEW.
Billy's Tires put a tube in our camper tire (brand new that was leaking air) that was a tubeless tire. 20 miles down the road the tire exploded and ruined the rim, stranding the camper and vehicle. Refused to acknowledge that he should not have placed a tube in the tire or further give assistance.
Yes fast service.. But sold tire made 12/20/2008 as NEW TIRE. PAID $610, WAS TOLD STILL NEW TIRE.....NO TIRE degrades n time..this tire cant even be recapped.. FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU..FOOL ME TWICE.. SHAME ON ME

Great customer service. At 4:30 on a Friday afternoon my mother in law's alternator went out while traveling to her mothers funeral in Virginia. Billy's Towing diagnosed it and called around until they found an alternator in stock. An employee had to go about 40 miles to get it and bring it back that evening. By 7:00PM the car was running great. The mechanis stayed 2 hours past his quitting time to get us back on the road.
