It has good food and is very family friendly! It's a good place for a nice Sunday breakfast. It'll leave you wanting more.
Never been so disgusted. Waitress was nice and very apologetic. My water glass had lip prints on it from the previous customer. I ordered a teriyaki steak wrap - smelled like death and tasted even worse! The plate was soggy with the sauce dripping everywhere. Was a complete dump. Head over to the Old American Diner for a REAL meal or at RaRas for desert - but for the love of your taste buds, AVOID BILLYS RESTAURANT! :X
