Billy is a responsive and conscientious contractor. His costs are fair for quality work. And he is truly concerned with pleasing the customer. No nonsense and very professional. Billy has painted the interior and exterior for three of our houses. He is also knowledgeable about historic district requirements and the considerations for a beach environment. Quality work every time. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
