went in for a simple touch-up on my son’s hair for his first birthday party which is tomorrow — just a small cleanup to shape it into a cute fauxhawk…Instead, the barber took it upon himself to completely buzz my son’s head! He ignored what was requested, had weak excuses, and also had a bad attitude throughout the process. The haircut was ultimately free, which I assume was because he knew how badly he messed up — but that doesn’t fix the damage done. I wouldn’t trust this shop again, especially for children.
