I booked Billy's Barber Shop last minute and was confirmed right away for an appointment. My wife and I were visiting from Southern California, and I wanted to get cleaned up for a date night. Ramon Ruiz was my barber, and he was awesome. I asked for a low skin fade, and he knew exactly what I was looking for. Ramon served four years in the Marine Corps, so not a surprise he knew how to cut hair. I highly recommend Billy's Barber Shop and cannot recommend Ramon enough. Not a great experience. Barber was double booked so we had to wait, which wouldn't have been an issue if the cut was good. My son described what he wanted and the barber made it too short. The barber cut himself while cutting my son's hair and then sliced his neck with the straight razor. We won't be coming back.

Great shop for locals or visitors, kids or adults. Classic cuts, hot towels, great surf vibe.
