We make sure we always go to Billy's Bakery one's a month. Food I love are the plates Cubans chicken plate, media noche, cheese roll, guava strudel, hazel nut dulcet de leche kisses, chocolate chip muffin. Fruit tart, tres leeches, chocolate cake raspberry, Mariquitas. The chicken potato salad is good too. The drinks are white chocolate mocha, banana split, chocolate raspberry smoothies, OJ.
Such a cute stand and presentation at the Plaza food hall. I was so excited to try the cupcakes...we got 4 flavors on a saturday afternoon to try and took them back to our room at the Plaza. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. All 4 of them were very stale (both the cake and the icing). I'm sad to say we would not recommend these...if they weren't fresh on a saturday afternoon (which is a peak time), I'm wondering if they would ever be.

So I'm giving the company as a whole 2 star review but the customer service at this specific location is what made it a 2 instead of a 1. I ordered 3 cakes, 1 red velvet, 1 icebox & 1 vanilla polka dot, for my birthday last week. When I went to pick them up at this location, they didnt have my order at all! The guy I was talking to called his boss & his boss verified my order but no one knows what happened to my cakes.
