I booked my car here for a minor service and got the standard call, it'll be $2,500. I said I only expected about $500 and the staff said they'd work to my budget. Great, I thought basic service. Picked up my car and the bill was just over the budget which is fine but I realised they did a basic service then filled the remaining budget with things like workshop sundries? And my car key battery being changed? Just filled the budget up with crap. I have owned many cars and never ever seen "sundries". Whats that? The soft drink... read more
