I am still waiting on a refund for services paid in advance for stripping and waxing a floor. Billy had completed all of our floors (4 of 5) with the exception of 1, where we had agreed to pay in advance and him come back and complete. I made an appointment with Billy and he was a no show. It was not until I called him 30 minutes after the appointment, did he notify me that wasn't going to be able to do it until 5 days later, which did not work with our schedule. I'm still waiting on billy to come finish the clean and wax on our hallway that he started. After stripping our slate hallway, there was still a large amount of leftover debris. He just waxed right over it. I texted him letting him know it wasn't complete. He said okay. We made an appointment with me to re-strip it... Time came and went and he never showed. Of course the check cashed. Will update with a reputable company to correctly finish my floor or if billy ever shows...

I had this company come do my hardwood floor. I had water damage and scratches from my dog. Billy and jimmy was great to work with. My floor looks brand new again. The floor is smooth and shiny.
