She was extremely prompt in aiding me in a very complicated home insurance cancellation/renewal process in going above and beyond to vouch for my needs. The call wait times are also very manageable and so I can’t recommend this company enough .
We provided our franchise insurance requirements to BIG. I was provided with insurance that I was told met those requirements. After a few months, my franchisor did an audit and found the policy did NOT cover what I was told it did cover. (Yes, I understand buyer beware, but most insurance jargon is difficult to understand).
