Yikes! Careful what they tell you as they are easily confused here even with the information they give you. Tldr avoid dealing with Ashley Applegate and Francisca Rojas if you do decide to go with them. Had the misfortune of dealing with Ashley Applegate and then Francisca Rojas when trying to change providers.
