I’ve been with Billiard for about five years (pushed by car dealership) and every renewal was just autopilot — no real options, no proactive advice, just the same insurer pushed year after year. Communication is polite but minimal, and I never felt they worked to match coverage to my actual needs. Disappointing level of service for a broker.
Completely unresponsive, no one in the office. Waste of time.

Very unhappy with this service been trying to get a hold of my broker for days to add a new car so I can start going back to work and they will not answer my calls emails or voicemails it’s been over a week and not a single response needless to say I’m finding a new insurance company
