Very unhappy with this service been trying to get a hold of my broker for days to add a new car so I can start going back to work and they will not answer my calls emails or voicemails it’s been over a week and not a single response needless to say I’m finding a new insurance company
I was a client of this branch for over a year, and initially, the broker (Ana Paula) was helpful and responsive when I first acquired the policy. However, a year later, my premium increased by 150%, and despite my repeated attempts, the broker completely ignored my cancellation request. To make matters worse, I was charged a $600 cancellation fee because the policy was renewed "without the broker being notified."
