I’ve been with Billiard for about five years (pushed by car dealership) and every renewal was just autopilot — no real options, no proactive advice, just the same insurer pushed year after year. Communication is polite but minimal, and I never felt they worked to match coverage to my actual needs. Disappointing level of service for a broker.
