They are very hard to contact, never answer the phone, and charge unreasonable fees not recommended , only waiting to finish my policy and will never deal with them again and will advice all my friend and family same as well

"Don't call me, you are not my direct client. I have other things to do". Can you believe that any Managing Partner can tell his client to call your own broker in case that I am not been heard from since 3 weeks of the accident, not at fault, and have full coverage.
