I contacted them July 14th receptionist emailed questionnaire said fill out she would pass information to agent max, i filled out, July 17 no response/update I emailed back again to confirm she got my email receptionist said she did indeed receive my information and did pass it along. July 28th still no response/updates I called this time receptionist said they are very busy assured me someone would get back to me asap. Day later nothing..
