Nothing but frustration and disappointment, increased my premium 100% been passed to different individual as employee leaving them. Brokers with poor customer service/handling skills (even eating while talking to me with a loud background music). I’ve been left hanging multiple times, with promises to get a call back that never come through. I had a very disappointing experience with Rajpreet, who handled my insurance. Her service was completely unprofessional — she hid important details from me, never sent the cancellation email, and didn’t provide any clear information about the amount to be deducted or the insurance cancellation process. Billyard Insurance rates are very High, they are not professional, they do not answer their calls, very unprofession people working for them, they should shut down, not worth taking insurance from Big. their customer service is vey bad they are rude. I wont buy next time.
