My experience with BIG started well, but their mistakes and poor communication ended up costing me money. When I moved from one province to another, BIG failed to obtain my complete driving record. They only pulled records dating back to 2015, even though I have been licensed since approximately 2007. Based on that incomplete record, they increased my monthly premium to approximately $360.
