If I could give negative stars, I would. My brother’s car was in an accident back in January — total loss — and we have been calling non-stop since then to cancel the insurance. It’s been ELEVEN months, and these people are still deducting payments for a vehicle that does not even exist anymore. What kind of shameless, incompetent service is this?! Gurvinder Nagra the worst broker to ever talk to about auto insurance. He gave me quote for very less amount but ended up having very different and expensive premium. So itried to cancel the policy with them, he started ghosting me. No reply to my text or calls. A week later i called their office to confirm the cancellation of policy, they said policy is still going on. Highly unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend.
