I had a very #bad #experience with israh jyeb don’t know how to speak with customer and she’s the first broker who issue policy in 3 days and cancel policy in 2 days , if anybody is going to have policy with her be ready for unexpected time and no reply for 24 hours , I never had such a bad experience with any broker ( last afternoon I called her to cancel my policy and she answered that her system was weak I waited till last night and had no reply . I had an extremely disappointing experience with Snehdeep Kaur and Sanjiv Madhura, who handled my insurance policy cancellation with shocking incompetence and a complete lack of professionalism. My policy was cancelled in November 2025. At no point did Sanjiv mention any cancellation fees; he simply told me I was "good to go." This, after I had already paid over $400 to insure a car that was simply parked. As a broker I had trusted for years, the least he could do was find me a competitive rate. He couldn't or wouldn't. Service was amazing, I spoke to Haris over the phone, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided me with the best advice and price. Service was super Fast, I got my vehicle covered within same day by email and phone and all documents were sent to me electronically.
