Extremely disappointed with the service I received this year. My broker, Daniel Kuhnen, randomly reassigned my file to another agent, Keith Grose, without much explanation. After multiple calls and emails discussing renewal quotes with Keith, he assured me policies would be sent for my review and signature when the time came, and that everything was "sorted." Best experience I’ve had so far with an insurance company! Daniel was so good at explaining every detail of the policy and going over options.
