They provide great rates but I am sick and tired of continuously following up to get responses. I have been overcharged multiple times and it has taken over a month each time just to get a response. I had this issue with their previous representative as well as my current one. Once again I was told I will get a breakdown and after following up 3-4 times, I got charged AGAIN. No response. Scammers, this is a scammer company they were in London I have the policy through them now they are no more in london, this March my policy was going to renew and they sent me way more expansive policy for my car even though I dont have any violation and any accident so I started looking around for new cheap policy so fortunately I got 1 with TD insurance.
