Very disappointing experience with this insurance brokerage with amandeep. Once I signed up for insurance, the broker completely stopped responding properly to my questions. I had a known pending payment, and I repeatedly asked the broker if I needed to pay manually or if anything was required from my side to avoid cancellation. I clearly told her I did not want my insurance to get suspended or cancelled. I have had a terrible experience with them. My insurance was $170, but every month they charge me an incorrect amount of $243 and plus my actual insurance . When I asked about it, they apologized, but it took over 100 of calls to get the money back. Now, they've repeated the same mistake this month, charging me $368. Within 45 days, they've charged me twice inappropriately without any reason. They're bothering me repeatedly, which seems to be their standard practice. I wouldn't recommend this company.
