I wish I could be the one to add to this companies 5 star reviews, however my experience was not good and it’s fair to share that as well. I waited ( and finally gave up ) 2.5 weeks for a home and auto QUOTE….and did not receive one. All required information was supplied in a timely manner and I even took the initiative to follow up 5 days after I was told I would receive my quote. Working with Jeff Spidell from Billyard Insurance Group (BIG) for insurance on our rental properties was so easy. He provided multiple quotes for us to review and answered all of our questions in a timeline manner. The signing process was made so simple with "esign" and took litterly less than 10 minutes. Ultimately we went with a quote that was 38% lower than what our previous Insurance company of 3 years was offering. I would highly recommend anyone looking for house insurance to give Jeff from "BIG" a call.
