After a month of trying to get ahold of my broker through calls and emails with no response, I called the BIG - Etobicoke number and got ahold of Shruti Rawat. She was very professional and helped me with my question within 2 minutes, and able to process my request with no issues. If you need support from anyone, I recommend reaching out to her!

UPDATE OCTOBER 2025: Naiem is a gem. He was able to escalate and resolve my long stuck problem. The company refunded the money and accounts were set straight. Thank you Naiem! Original: We have been trying to contact this company since January 2025. My car was in an accident and insurance and everything was resolved by February 2025. To this day (August 2025) I am still being charged. I am waiting for someone to reply and help with this matter. Extremely disappointed in their service.
