UPDATE OCTOBER 2025: Naiem is a gem. He was able to escalate and resolve my long stuck problem. The company refunded the money and accounts were set straight. Thank you Naiem! Original: We have been trying to contact this company since January 2025. My car was in an accident and insurance and everything was resolved by February 2025. To this day (August 2025) I am still being charged. I am waiting for someone to reply and help with this matter. Extremely disappointed in their service.
Called to cancel. They said it would get cancelled with no problem, but my broker needed to look at it. I called my broker (Jennyfer Zavala), it went straight to voicemail (as with every single call I've put through to her) and I left her a voicemail to cancel. She called me back ONCE, and I wasn't on my phone. I called her back, voicemail again. I never heard from her again. My policy got renewed, and when I asked my broker, she said "I called you back once".

Very very bad experience with the broker SAAD BHUTTO. I am with this broker from last 3 years. But he is very unprofessional and rude . Would never recommend this broker. Other staff and the company is good. But if you select him as your broker, he will be nice only for the first time and from next year onwards he is going to postpone sending you quotes and documents till the date your policy expires.
