Only good thing about this place was Safee and since he left everyone here is incompetent and offer you no help. First I was calling to see if I could pause or reduce my insurance as I am leaving the country for six months. The rep that answered the phone continued to speak to me as if am fluent in insurance lingo, instead of understanding my situation and relaying the message in a way I could understand. Intact insurance are stealing money the moment you cancel the contract with them. Was with them for a year at the time they charged us over $300 for monthly premium , then renewal came the agent name Varun quoted us premium for over $600 monthly, that's why we opted not to renew. Until now they keep stealing our money, they did 3 times, 1st was successful, last 2 transactions we able stop the payment by not putting the fund in the account and also informing bank.
