Hi, I have some bad experience with them, I cancelled my policy before the renewal and they are still taking my monthly premium, just because their broker didn’t updated the cancellation documents on time. Now I am lack of money and my next insurance gonna deduct a penalty fee from my account just because of my previous broker. I know I will get back return, but it’s matter of current time. Some non serious people are working for your company.
I had an incredible experience at Billyard Insurance today. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I am truly satisfied with the customer services there. Broker Ada explained everything very well, she is very knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be recommending this brokerage to all my friends.
Poor customer service. Called to ask for a quote. Receptionist took my info and told me someone would call me back. No one ever did.
