My policy (H20000118432) was canceled on April 15 2025 after escalating it to the ombudsman of this esteemed organization. But, the managing partner of this location took it personally for ignoring my calls and text messages before it was escalated and hasn't refunded my canceled policy amount yet. Great work Big West Calgary Northwest location and the amazing Managing Partner, Kathy! Kudos for your professionalism.

Never have i come across a more clueless and unprofessional company in my life. And what is more amazing is, it was from a supposed Managing Partner!!! Having had an awful experience with the Edmonton South Branch, the Calgary Northwest was just as incompetent. Go to WESTLAND INSURANCE. Billyard Calgary NW took a month to get me terrible quotes , claiming we couldn't get our vehicle insured for fully comprehensive. WESTLAND INSURANCE, in one afternoon got us full coverage and a quote 66% less than these muppets....
