BIG or Billyard Insurance Group, caters the need for home and auto insurance. Have dealt with them multiple times for both home and auto, and they have plenty of options for people looking for either of the insurance types.
Very poor service, response times are frequently slow. They fail to follow up with customers as promised and always increase my premium even i have clean record from last 9 years . Not recommended
This is a warning to other business owners about our experience with Billyard Insurance Group (Brampton). We switched to them in March 2025 for commercial auto insurance after our previous insurer exited the market. At first, everything seemed fine — the broker (Augustine) was responsive and helpful. If I could give zero stars, that would show the real truth. Super worst customer service and dont call again for insurance. Very unprofessional people.
Never answers calls and delay work. I wanted car change and they didnot made a change in my file. Harry Jhajj not recommended for auto insurance.
