As he really happy with service he received this year By Broker Harsha salhan for his Auto & Home renewal .. we were upset about service we got and increased prices. she not only get best price but also answer all the questions we have and main thing she answers our all calls which was a big issue we were having . My insurance policy was with Pembridge, and I explicitly informed your representative, Sonam, that I did not wish to renew it. I requested the official cancellation process, and she provided a cancellation form for an online signature. Because the policy was under my mother's name, she physically signed the document. Very disappointed services, making excuses and not delivering their promises. I was looking for a quote for Home and auto and gave all the required info on June6,2025 and told Harneet that home closing date is on June 12,2025. Since Monday called 2 to 3 times a day and always get response that we will call you back soon and they never did. I would gave them 0 star if there's an option. My home closing date is today and they don’t even bother replying back. Bad experience never suggests anyone. STAR O
