First time customer called Ian this morning. He was very professional help me out immensely made it very easy to obtain auto insurance. I’d highly recommend this gentleman. He knows his business for sure.
This place is extremely poorly managed, with no accountability for their own mistakes. They should not be in business. If you ever need a broker, avoid this company at all costs—they are dishonest, unhelpful, and will take your money while ignoring their responsibilities.
They are frauds. You will loose money. These crackheads doesn't explain anything properly. They don't listen to you and blame the insurance provider for all their mistakes.
Worst experience.
Thank you so much to Francine for getting us a much better insurance rate! I appreciate all the work you have done to make this happen in such a short time.
