I was referred to Chevanne by a mutual contact, he always went the extra mile to ensure I was given the best quotation for my auto and travel insurance needs. He is professional and courteous and I really enjoyed doing business with him. Highly recommend.
Had the worst experience with Chevanne Reid. I'm convinced that the reviews praising him are definitely friends and family. The last conversation with Chevanne Reid was beyond disrespectful. I had to cut the conversation short because he was chewing in my ear and being dismissive. I was informed that the hard copy of my insurance slip will be sent by mail, and this was almost two months ago. Any potential clients, stay clear of Chevanne Reid. I will be contacting head office first thing in the morning.
