Sadly I was treated with intense disrespect while trying to cancel a policy. Jays tone and remarks to me during this process was unprofessional and demeaning. I can only assume also not in ethical alignment with the code of conduct he is expected to keep with his board. Beware I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
I had to get tenant insurance quickly, Jay was able to help Me almost instantly. He made sure to pick the perfect plan to keep me and my children protected at a reasonable rate! I highly recommend going through this group for insurance! 😁
