Sadly I was treated with intense disrespect while trying to cancel a policy. Jays tone and remarks to me during this process was unprofessional and demeaning. I can only assume also not in ethical alignment with the code of conduct he is expected to keep with his board. Beware I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
