Exceptional appliances...customer experience far below expectations. Dispassionate approach to customer; lack of concern for customer needs during the sales experience and after the sale (warranty service). Would not recommend BWA for anyone who values quality customer service.
Had a terrible experience with buying our refrigerator! Had to call to find out why it didn't arrive-service person said it was "lost" Then it arrived at our door with no call to schedule-after I specifically told the sales person not to deliver until October! I would really have to think twice before I used this company again.
