RecommendedFirst Class customer service! I would consider Billy Thibodeaux’s the “Red Bay” of Louisiana. Mr. Bob Tiffin has to be proud of this top tier service center. These fine folks took their time and showed me all the work they did and showed me a few tips and tricks. We also discussed some possible future upgrades for handling and performance. Thank you to Mr. Billy, Ms. Helen, Phillip, Blake, Chelsey, and the rest of the team.
Excellent, reliable, quality work! Very trustworthy! And no we are not related, just happen to have the same last name! Billy and his crew have done some warranty work for me and recently put in some upgrades (Koni Shocks, Safe-T-plus, Sway Bar)! They did a fantastic job and driving on Louisiana roads is now tolerable! Will not go anywhere else for my repairs and upgrades except the actual manufacturer! Also, Chelsey is super friendly and helpful in the front office!
