I reckon I’m lucky not to be one of Billy the Kid’s victims, so I can stand by his grave and thank him for letting me live to tell the tale.
A really interesting stop with a lot of charm and history! The staff member we met was super friendly and even printed out some great local dining suggestions for us, a nice personal touch. They’re in the middle of creating a more curated, room-by-room experience about Billy the Kid, and although it’s not finished yet, you can already see how much better it’s going to be compared to the old museum setup.
