We have been very satisfied customers for 8 years. We move a lot, we change vehicles a lot, we've insured various boats and jet skis over the years. We've added a teenage son to our policy, we've reviewed coverages and changed limits based on needs in order to protect our assets. Christine, in particular, has been absolutely incredible to deal with every single time we've called or emailed. And we've contacted her A LOT over the years. Thank you so much!

I decided to "shop around" for a new flood policy as my old carrier was not renewing me on my IOP house. I was told by my agent that a new policy with another carrier would cost me almost 50% more than what I paid last year! YIKES!!! I called State Farm on a whim and Christine took the time to check out a few options for me. With the help of my ELEVATION certificate, she was able to get a policy for me that only cost me 7% more than what I paid last year and the deductible was 1/2 of what it was on my old policy. I cannot recommend State Farm Insurance or the Billy Swails agency for the following reasons; *They are expensive *They are inconsistent. They sent me good news of my premiums being less expensive then billed me for an additional $60 in the middle of the 6-month coverage I had already paid for and then renewed me at an increase. *I called in a couple weeks early to cancel my homeowner's insurance policy with them and Jim or Jeff or whoever I spoke with informed me I would not be receiving a refund because "that's not how ins... read more
