Had a problem with some insurance and the Swails office solved the problem in short order. Another reason we have been with this company for so many, many years!!! Can't find anyone better!!!!!

I don't leave reviews often but this is a special case. Without going into details our policy was cancelled without prior notice.I'm not upset about them trying to drop us, we've been looking for a better insurance provider for a while now. I am, however, disappointed by the lack of communication from Billy Swails team. One email with a 30day notice, that they're legally obligated to provide us with is all I could ask for.
