I cannot recommend State Farm Insurance or the Billy Swails agency for the following reasons; *They are expensive *They are inconsistent. They sent me good news of my premiums being less expensive then billed me for an additional $60 in the middle of the 6-month coverage I had already paid for and then renewed me at an increase. *I called in a couple weeks early to cancel my homeowner's insurance policy with them and Jim or Jeff or whoever I spoke with informed me I would not be receiving a refund because "that's not how ins... read more
