This place is the definition of a down home family business. Work was done quickly, communication was clear, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and prices aligned with what I was quoted. Friendly service. And if you're lucky you can chat with an adorable little kiddo and his puppy while you're in the office paying.
Love this place! The people are fantastic and work is reliable and affordable.
Very thorough, kind and honest. A real treasure
I noticed my car was making muffler, rumbling noises, and went to my regular mechanic, Earl. He recommended Billy and sons to weld a pipe onto my muffler. I was leaving on a trip north to Virginia and really wanted to have it done before I left. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning and 45 minutes later I was leaving with a perfectly functioning muffler. They did terrific job and were very kind, thorough and expeditious. I would recommend them 100%.
We were traveling with a baby for a cabin trip and had no idea that my car was out of oil. We started having car trouble so we got off the closest exit and stopped at this shop. Surprisingly to us, they were very nice and didn't take advantage of us at all. They hardly charged us anything and wouldn't even take a tip. I actually felt like I should have paid more, probably the first time ever for me at an auto repair shop. I hope they will get plenty of repeat customers because they really deserve it.
