We were traveling with a baby for a cabin trip and had no idea that my car was out of oil. We started having car trouble so we got off the closest exit and stopped at this shop. Surprisingly to us, they were very nice and didn't take advantage of us at all. They hardly charged us anything and wouldn't even take a tip. I actually felt like I should have paid more, probably the first time ever for me at an auto repair shop. I hope they will get plenty of repeat customers because they really deserve it. We had an emergency engine problem in the highway while on a trip. We stopped at Billy and Son's. These people are incredibly nice. They fixed the problem and reset the computer, and only charged us $40. They suggested some additional repairs for us later, but wouldn't take any tips or extra payment from us. We were totally shocked at how decent they were. They just asked us to pay it forward. I'm still in shock. Great service. Quick and reliable. And my exhaust sounds great!
They did excellent work.Took my van which had the problem with the radiator and the fan, they made sure I'll be rolling with my van on the same day. After 5 hrs hard work they were done. There I was hitting the road with no issues at all,and the price was affordable.
