Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic or shop. Passing through Asheville, our radiator went out. I called their shop and Billy came out of his way to check on our car before we had it towed to his shop. By the time we got to the shop Billy already had the part there waiting for us. This was probably about 30 minutes after the shop closed. Billy stayed for 2 more hours to get us on the road and then gave us a price that is unheard of these days. These are the best people you can meet during a time of need. My husband calls billy not 30 minutes before they close seeing if we can get our van in when they open in the morning as we were just passing through and still 2 and a half hours from we need to be. This man drives out to where we’re stranded, identifies the issue and orders the part for us immediately so he can stay late and fix it, and we can be on our way. I’ve never met such kind people.
