Friendly and kind people, and I truly wanted to have a good experience here. Unfortunately, my issue is with the quality of the work I received. I brought my car in around March of last year to have the power steering pump replaced. The first time, it was installed incorrectly and I had to return a couple of weeks later. This place is the definition of a down home family business. Work was done quickly, communication was clear, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and prices aligned with what I was quoted. Friendly service. And if you're lucky you can chat with an adorable little kiddo and his puppy while you're in the office paying.

I noticed my car was making muffler, rumbling noises, and went to my regular mechanic, Earl. He recommended Billy and sons to weld a pipe onto my muffler. I was leaving on a trip north to Virginia and really wanted to have it done before I left. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning and 45 minutes later I was leaving with a perfectly functioning muffler. They did terrific job and were very kind, thorough and expeditious. I would recommend them 100%.
