I went there Sunday 7/19 Pros: - the food was great! I got a burger and it was fantastic! And I felt the serving size was good. (Many restaurants give too much, and I felt the size was just right!) - the worker there was really nice and had good costumer service Needs improvement - more workers. There was only one worker to take orders, answer the phone, cook food, and try to maintain the place. - this is probably a result of the above, but every table needed clean. I was pretty disappointed with my pick up order. The fries tasted like they’d been sitting in a hot box all day and weren’t fresh. The macaroni and cheese had the same issue. The brisket was also dry and lacked the tenderness you’d expect from a barbecue restaurant. I was hoping for a much better meal, especially given Billy Sims BBQ’s reputation. Hopefully this was just an off day, but based on this experience, I wasn’t impressed.

The food was disappointing, and every table was dirty even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the young lady who took our order was friendly, polite, and provided okay customer service.
