I needed food to feed a bunch of people and Danielle worked with me to get just the right amount. She was very helpful very responsive and everything was ready when I needed it
At almost 5 pm on Sunday my friend and I went to Billy Sim’s to order baked potatoes to go. The establishment appeared clean and orderly and the staff took our order right away because there were only two other customers in the restaurant. The food didn’t come quickly but I was in no hurry. Updated and ordered again June 2025. Once again the order was with door dash delivery. Unfortunately, Billy Sims did not provide napkins nor silverware AGAIN. Menu is very limited was really wanting a baked potato but was not offered nor were drinks. BBQ sauce wouldn't even cover on small piece of the brisket.
The food is decent. I don't recommend take out. I have had to return twice to get my full order. Also, both times the staff was not busy, and did not start putting together our order until I walked in. Whoever is managing this place is absent.
