I have come to the Billy Sims in Elgin and the food used to be great, but not anymore!!! The brisket was dry so very dry and no flavor!!!! And they didn’t even make to Billy beans! They opened a can of pork and beans!! This place sucks now!!!!!! Will not eat there again!!!!
Good brisket good Polish sausage, good sauce the baked beans are to die for, the baked potato salad is fantastic and the mac and cheese is not bad.
I don’t like to give bad reviews, so I still have it 4 stars. But I was very upset to get home with my take out order of a loaded spud, only to find out I got a potato and meat. Nothing else.
Highly recommend. Very friendly and professional staff.
