Broke 2 plastic forks trying to eat the spud... don't think they cook it the full 3 hours like they advertise.... Sliced beef brisket is good. Sides and sauces are okay. Overall if I'm back in hays, KS I'd give this place another visit. But if this location was in a city I wouldn't be coming back anytime soon.

If you hate your job get a different one. Did not have any baked potatoes, corn, baked beans or Mac and cheese on very small portions for what you paid. I live in Hays and I will not travel across town to go there again. Feel sorry for the people coming in with kids with so limited selections. Table had not been cleaned off where we sit down. Overall a very bad experience and requested a tip although I had to stand to order, wait on the food and carry it all to the table.
