This restaurant has it all figured out! From the delicious food, to the friendly service, to the clean atmosphere. I'm in there for lunch several times a week, and they never disappoint! The manager, and her team are especially kind!
I ordered a bologna sandwich among other items for my family and they used the end on the sandwich and it was hard and I almost chipped my front tooth. Very unappetizing. Come on…really? This place isn’t cheap….do better or other BBQ joints will take you down.

I am a Billy Sims fan and Billy Sims is my favorite BBQ choice but I was served pieces of a bisket end tonight on my brisket sandwitch that were very dry out. Not slices but dried out chunks. Billy Sims has also added a "credit/debit" card surcharge to your bill if you use a card.
The food is great and I love the fact that I can purchase just the meat by the pound. After cooking the traditional Thanksgiving meal i really wanted something different for Christmas so I went to Billy Sims and purchased Smoked Chicken, Baloney and Pulled Pork and created my Christmas dinner around that. A Barbecue Christmas dinner if you will. It was well received and will from now on be our new Christmas family tradition.
