The lady working the Sunday lunch rushes is rude and the food was cold and stale. Sadly it has gone down hill the last few months. Won't be coming back here anymore

I’m not from here, and this was my first time eating at this location, so it wasn’t a great first impression. I placed an online order, but when I arrived, it hadn’t gone through on their end because their internet was down. I had to wait while they made my order from scratch, which I understand can happen—but there was no apology for the inconvenience or even a simple thank you. A little better communication and customer service would have made a big difference.
