I really wanted to go to Zarley's next door but it looked totally closed so I ducked into Billy Sims instead. (Zarley's was actually open and they do share an inner door with Billy Sims... I guess so you can go next door for ice cream.) I ordered the mac and cheese with pulled pork. It's on the smaller side but that's great for lunch. It was really dressed nicely with sour cream, bbq sauce, green onions, red onions, pickles and a sprinkling of spice. Service was friendly and fast.
Here is the problem that I have with the Billy Sims barbecue in Sapulpa, first of all they Will not answer their phone, secondly, the last five times I’ve been there and I’ve asked for a potato the loaded potato. I have gotten the answer. We just sold our last one, I’m not kidding you the last five times I’ve been there!!!! now they have the best Hickory sauce I’ve ever had ever tasted it so so good so tomorrow I’ll be going to Jenks location and I guess I’ll be getting my spud from there and I’ll be stocking up on Hickory b... read more

I’m from Las Vegas Nevada and I was just passing by. Highly recommend this place! Looks like a family owned business so definitely going to support! Ribs, brisket and Mac and cheese were delicious. Loved the atmosphere as well
Great BBQ. Nice variety. Staff very nice. Good service. Location has lots of good parking. Nice hours.
