Rhonda Stoneburner...owner...out of this world! I have been going to Billy Shears since 1985...I drive an hour just to get there. Rhonda bends over backwards for me and my family...Love her and the salon! Thanks Rhonda for the best cut and color ever!!!!
Best Hair Cut I've Ever Gotten Danny at Billy Shears gives the absolute best hair cuts. I've never had anyone spend so much time working on my hair to make sure I get exactly what I want. He has been consistent and is always friendly. I've sent many of my friends to him, and all of them said they loved what he did and continue to see him to this day. Very reasonable prices, too - women's cuts are $30.
