They don't deserve a * reynolds wrecker service is sorriest company in The State of Arkansas!! Won't listen on the phone, never showed Up and never called back now. All we needed was our 94 year old neighbor car towed to service department. So I called their competition Affordable Towing and they were there in 12 minutes.
Was there within 15 mins to pick up my parents car and got it to my house within an hour!
The old hag that answers the phone is HORRIBLE! She was so not helpful and hung on me. Would not recommend!
I think it was this company his wife name is Susan and his is billy... They didn't do the service but they recommended someone else... Billy said they will charged me $300 & they tow my box truck loaded. Susan send a text with a mechanic that could come fix the truck. Billy didn't charged me for stopping which I thanked cuz I didn't had money @ all.
