This is the greatest place to bring your RV for repair. Personnel were helpful with my problem. My a/c when out and they were to get me in on short notice. They installed a new one in record time, they also were able to evaluate one of my slides that broke down. Due to time frame I was unable to have it repaired. But the service and personnel were very helpful in giving me information on why it broke down. Again thank you for the prompt service.
I wish I could give them a sixth star! These people know their business and have gone above and beyond to get us back on the road. We drove 3 1/2 hours without an appointment to have our generator repaired after seeing in their narrative and reviews that they were generator proficient. There is no doubt that Billy Mac RV is worth going out of the way for. We arrived at 1:00 p.m., the technician diagnosed the problem, made a parts run, and had us back on the road by 4:00 p.m.

Just had my awning worked on. What a great job ! I was there at 8:00 Monday and Billy and his technicians were all over it. I'll be back.
They took us in immediately, diagnosed and fixed our problem and had ud back pm the road within an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.
